This Shipping Policy applies to all services provided by EuroDoc24.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
EuroDoc24 provides consulting, document processing, and administrative services. In some cases, physical documents may be issued and delivered as part of the service outcome.
This Shipping Policy applies only to the delivery of such physical documents.
2. TYPES OF DOCUMENTS SHIPPED
Where applicable, EuroDoc24 may arrange the delivery of original or officially issued documents, including but not limited to:
- Work permits or official authorization documents (where physically issued)
- Preliminary employment contracts or employment confirmations
- Employer letters of intent
- Housing confirmation documents
- Relocation or onboarding documentation
- Other official or client-related documents produced during service execution
3. SHIPPING METHOD
All eligible physical documents will be shipped using UPS or another reputable international courier service.
If UPS is not available or not suitable for the destination country, EuroDoc24 may use an equivalent alternative courier service of similar reliability and tracking capability.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs are included in the service fees paid to EuroDoc24.
Clients are not required to pay any additional fees for standard document delivery unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Courier service availability
- Customs clearance procedures
- Government or employer processing timelines
EuroDoc24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or external institutions.
6. RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SHIPMENT
Once a document has been handed over to the courier:
- Risk of loss or delay transfers to the courier service
- Tracking information will be provided where available
- Clients are responsible for receiving and managing delivery at their address
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
EuroDoc24 is not liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to client error
- Customs refusal due to incorrect recipient information
8. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY OUTCOME TIMELINE
While EuroDoc24 facilitates document preparation and shipment, we do not guarantee:
- Exact delivery dates
- Customs clearance speed
- Processing times of third-party authorities or courier companies
9. INTEGRATION WITH SERVICE FEES
Shipping is considered part of the overall consulting and document processing service package.
No separate shipping invoice is issued unless explicitly stated otherwise.
