2. NATURE OF SERVICES

EuroDoc24 provides independent consulting and document processing services, which may include recruitment assistance elements as part of service execution.

Services include:

• Employment pathway consulting and eligibility assessment
• CV and candidate profile preparation
• Document processing and organization
• Application preparation and submission assistance
• Employer communication and coordination support
• Work permit and visa preparation assistance
• Relocation planning and advisory services
• Shipping and delivery of official documents where applicable

All services are personalized, manual, and individually performed for each Client/Candidate/Worker.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

Clients acknowledge that:

• Payments are made for consulting and document processing services only
• Recruitment assistance is included as part of service execution but does not constitute job placement or employment guarantees
• EuroDoc24 does not sell jobs, visas, or guaranteed outcomes
• Lafaz Global Group / EuroDoc24 is not an employer, recruitment agency, or staffing company

All employment and immigration decisions remain the responsibility of employers and government authorities.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

Before accessing paid services, candidates may be required to complete a Free Eligibility Assessment, including:

• CV and employment history
• Education and qualifications
• Nationality and residence status
• Travel and migration background
• Language skills
• Career objectives
• Relocation preferences

EuroDoc24 reserves the right to accept or decline candidates.

4. PAYMENT & SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

By purchasing any service, the Client/Candidate/Worker acknowledges that:

• Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation
• Work is performed manually on a case-by-case basis
• Resources and personnel are allocated instantly
• Part of the service is delivered immediately upon onboarding
• Services are personalized and cannot be reversed once initiated

5. REFUND POLICY

All payments are final, binding, and non-refundable once service execution begins.

Refunds are not available once any work has started, including:

• Eligibility assessment
• Document review or processing
• CV or profile preparation
• Employer coordination
• Application submission
• Any consulting or administrative work

Limited Exception

A refund may only be considered if an official governmental authority (embassy, consulate, ministry, or immigration authority) issues a formal written determination confirming that documents processed by Lafaz Global Group / EuroDoc24 contain verified fraudulent alterations directly attributable to the company.

This is the only exception and is subject to internal verification and approval.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

EuroDoc24 does not guarantee:

• Employment or job placement
• Employer sponsorship
• Interviews or selection outcomes
• Visa approval or issuance
• Work permit approval
• Immigration or residency approval
• Processing times

All decisions are made exclusively by third parties.

7. THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

EuroDoc24 is not responsible for decisions or delays caused by:

• Employers
• Embassies or consulates
• Immigration authorities
• Government institutions
• Visa processing centers
• Courier or logistics providers

These entities operate independently and outside of company control.

8. SHIPPING POLICY

Where applicable, EuroDoc24 may arrange delivery of physical documents including:

• Work permits
• Employment confirmations
• Employer letters of intent
• Housing confirmation documents
• Other official documents generated during service execution

Delivery is carried out via UPS or equivalent courier services if UPS is unavailable.

Shipping costs are included in service fees unless otherwise stated.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client/Candidate/Worker agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit authentic documentation only
• Respond promptly to requests
• Maintain valid identity and travel documents
• Comply with employer and government requirements

Failure may result in termination without refund.

10. PRIVACY & GDPR

Lafaz Global Group processes personal data in compliance with EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

Data is shared only when necessary for:

• Service delivery
• Document processing
• Employer or authority coordination
• Legal compliance

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, documents, templates, and content remain the property of Lafaz Global Group unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lafaz Global Group is not liable for:

• Employment or immigration outcomes
• Financial losses
• Visa or permit refusals
• Third-party decisions or delays
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Belgium.

Disputes shall fall under Belgian jurisdiction unless mandatory EU consumer law applies.
