REFUND, PAYMENT, SERVICE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

This Policy applies to all services provided by EuroDoc24.
By purchasing any service, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full.
1. ABOUT EURODOC24
EuroDoc24 is a Belgian company located in the heart of Europe, providing recruitment support, candidate representation, work permit coordination, visa preparation assistance, and relocation support services for individuals seeking employment opportunities across Europe.
EuroDoc24 operates strictly as an independent consulting and coordination service provider.
2. FREE ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT
Before purchasing any paid service, all candidates are advised to complete EuroDoc24’s Free Eligibility Assessment.
The assessment may include review of:
- CV and employment history
- Education and qualifications
- Nationality and country of residence
- Travel and migration history
- Language abilities
- Career objectives
- Relocation preferences
- Supporting documentation
EuroDoc24 reserves full discretion to accept or decline candidates.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
EuroDoc24 provides personalized, non-standardized consulting and coordination services, including:
- Resume and CV preparation or optimization
- Candidate profile creation
- Candidate application preparation
- Submission of applications to employers
- Candidate presentation to employers
- Employer communication and coordination
- Work permit coordination and support
- Visa preparation assistance
- Document review and organization
- Relocation support and guidance
EuroDoc24 does not act as a government authority and does not issue decisions regarding employment, visas, or immigration outcomes.
4. SERVICE COMMENCEMENT & CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing payment, the client expressly acknowledges that:
- Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation
- Work is performed manually on a case-by-case basis
- Resources, time, and administrative effort are allocated instantly
- Part of the service is considered delivered immediately (assessment, intake, structuring, planning)
- Services are personalized and cannot be reversed once initiated
5. REFUND POLICY (STRICT NO REFUND RULE)
All payments made to EuroDoc24 are final, binding, and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where explicitly stated in Section 6.
Refunds are not issued once any of the following has occurred:
- Eligibility assessment has been initiated
- Document review or CV/profile preparation has started
- Employer coordination or communication has begun
- Application submission or candidate presentation has started
- Any consulting, advisory, or administrative work has been performed
Because services are personalized, time-based, and manually executed, they cannot be returned, undone, or reversed once initiated.
6. LIMITED EXCEPTION (OFFICIAL FRAUD DETERMINATION ONLY)
A refund may only be considered in the exceptional and strictly limited case where:
An official governmental authority of the destination country (such as an embassy, consulate, ministry of foreign affairs, or immigration authority) issues a formal written determination confirming that documents processed or submitted through EuroDoc24 contain verified fraudulent alterations directly attributable to EuroDoc24’s processing activities.
In such a case:
- The claim will be reviewed internally
- Supporting evidence may be requested
- Any refund decision remains subject to verification and approval by EuroDoc24
This is the only circumstance under which a refund may be considered.
This exception does NOT apply to:
- Visa refusals or rejections
- Work permit refusals
- Employer decisions or withdrawal of offers
- Administrative delays or processing times
- Incomplete applications due to client-provided information
- Changes in immigration laws or policies
- Personal dissatisfaction with outcomes
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
EuroDoc24 does not guarantee any outcome, including:
- Employment offers or job placement
- Employer sponsorship
- Interviews or selection outcomes
- Visa approval or issuance
- Work permit approval
- Residence or immigration approval
- Processing times or outcomes
All decisions are made exclusively by:
- Employers
- Immigration authorities
- Embassies and consulates
- Government institutions
8. EMPLOYER, GOVERNMENT & THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY
EuroDoc24 is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or delays caused by:
- Employers or recruitment partners
- Immigration authorities
- Embassies or consulates
- Visa application centers
- Government institutions
- External service providers
These entities operate independently and outside EuroDoc24’s control.
9. RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING DISCLAIMER
Recruitment opportunities are provided free of charge by participating employers.
EuroDoc24 fees are charged exclusively for consulting and administrative services, including:
- Document preparation and processing
- Employment pathway assessment
- Application coordination
- Employer communication support
- Relocation planning and advisory services
EuroDoc24 is an independent consulting and relocation support service.
We are not:
- A government agency
- An embassy or consulate
- An immigration authority
- A law firm
- An employer
Fees do not constitute payment for employment, visas, or guaranteed outcomes.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Submitting authentic documentation
- Maintaining valid passport and travel documents
- Attending required interviews or appointments
- Responding promptly to requests for information
- Complying with employer and government requirements
- Maintaining eligibility throughout the process
Failure to comply may result in:
- Delays
- Suspension of services
- Termination of services without refund
- Removal from recruitment processes
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing any service from EuroDoc24, the client confirms that:
- They have read and fully understood this Policy
- They agree that services begin immediately upon payment
- They accept that all services are personalized and non-reversible once started
- They understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
- They understand that outcomes depend on third-party decisions outside EuroDoc24 control
- They accept the limited exception defined in Section 6
